Catalyze
Catalyze was founded by Stuart Tyrrell in 2002 as a vehicle to bring consulting services to the market in an ethical manner. The challenge to any consulting firm is to execute a duty of care to their clients whilst still making enough to be viable. Catalyze insists that this can and should be done. It is our firm belief that a good consultant does themselves out of a job. A great analogy is the building of a house. At the end of the job you don't want the builders to move in with you. We work to solve problems and then hand-over the solution. As a result, if another problem arises you are more likely to call us.
Stuart Tyrrell
As the founder of Catalyze Stuart brings a strong vision of how to add value through consulting. After working in IT in Australia and the US for the likes of PwC, Network Appliance and Baxter Healthcare, Stuart had experience in numerous industries when he began Catalyze. In the early years of Catalyze Stuart applied his industry knowledge and experience with the JD Edwards software to develop a data warehouse and reporting solution for a number of clients running that particular ERP. However, most of Stuart's work since the end of 2004 has been in the life insurance industry. This experience has resolved Stuart to address the major information provision and system functionality issues pervasive in life insurance.
The Team
Stuart is lucky enough to have worked with some high quality consultants over the years. From this pool of talent he has managed to build a team. All are experienced and professional and enjoy the challenges of solving the many and varied problems that are thrown at them from our various clients. Stuart is also lucky to have built strong relationships with other professional services consultancies. So where a skill gap is identified Catalyze introduces a trusted third party to ensure competent delivery. The overall message is that you're in safe hands. |
